Board Members

The NIBIN Executive Board recommends and provides guidance to ATF regarding NIBIN operations; rules, regulations, and procedures; and external relationships to include expansion of the Program to increase participation from Federal, State, and local law enforcement agencies. On December 11, 2009, the following appointments were issued by the ATF Director:

Sheriff Al Lamberti

Broward County (FL) Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff Lamberti was named Sheriff on October 26, 2007 and is a member of the National Sheriff’s Association (NSA).

Chief Scott M. Knight

Chaska (MN) Police Department. Chief Knight was appointed Chief of Police in January 2000 and serves as the Chairman of the IACP Firearms Committee.

Doreen Hudson

Doreen is the Assistant Laboratory Director for the Los Angeles Police Department Crime Laboratory and is a member of the American Society of Crime Lab Directors (ASCLD) and IACP’s Firearms Committee.
